Maintenance:

Filters should be replaced regularly based on usage. 

Examples: 
If your primary filtration requirements are for containment of larger aerosol particulate, such as those generated during air abrasion procedures and the average number of procedures performed each day is 5 to 7 you should:

* Replace liners daily
* Replace pre-filter (2") monthly
* Replace HEPA filter every 6 - 12 months
* Replace charcoal filter (1")  every 6 - 12 months

If your primary filtration requirements are containment of odors and vapors generated during a dental procedure and the average number of amalgam removal procedures performed each day is 5 to 7 you should :

* Replace liners daily
* Replace pre-filter (1") every 2 - 3 months
* Replace HEPA filter every 6 - 12 months
* Replace charcoal filter (2") every 3 - 6 months 

In order to extend your equipment for each additional year: 

Each filter MUST be replaced at least once a year.*

*Filters must be purchased from a DentAirVac Authorized Agent in order to validate extended warranty eligibility.
